Lumawig Edge provides software development, digital design, and consultancy services. Engagement begins with a signed Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and costs.
Upon final payment for services rendered, all rights, title, and interest in the custom software and design deliverables will be transferred to the Client. Lumawig Edge retains rights to general libraries, background code, and methodologies used across all client projects.
We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, delivery dates are estimates and depend on the timely provision of feedback, assets, and approvals by the Client.
Invoices are issued according to the milestones defined in the SOW. Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to pause work if payments are significantly overdue.
Lumawig Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the developed software. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project segment in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baguio City.
